Pongo en antecedentes: Vengo desde Sevilla, nacido en San Fernando (Cádiz). No recuerdo unos sabores tan genuinos desde hace tiempo. Abundan los lugares donde se come rico, pero que no aportan realmente una experiencia de sabores como la que he vivido en Oroviejo. Hemos disfrutado de un servicio impecable en la zona de gastrobar de la terraza, muy educados y atentos. No sé cómo será en temporada alta, pero en septiembre les pongo un 10. La comida ha sido croquetas de pato, tartar de bonito, albondigas de vaca y las gyozas. No es un sitio para llenar el estómago con cantidades grandes de comida, pero sería una parada obligatoria para todos los que quieran disfrutar de una experiencia culinaria en Salamanca.

Para mi es el mejor restaurante de la ciudad con diferencia. Steak Tartar, croquetas de chipirones, de pato Pekín, el tuétano, los postres…. No hay nada que no sea delicioso. Si fuera rica comería aquí cada día.
