Cometi el fallo de elegir el menu corto porque lis demas me parecieron excesivos! Mas que un menu parecio un aperitivo y claro sali con mas hambre que entre! Lo mismo paso con la bebida cada copa de vino mas que copa era un chupito eso si de 10€! En resumen creo que hay que ser mas generoso bien en mas pases o bien raciones mas generosas porque el resultado final es que no repetiré! Creo que en salamanca hay restaurantes de este estilo con opciones mas interesantes! La calidad de los platos a mi gusto pues de un 8 sobre 10 justito

J’ai du mal à comprendre les avis négatifs. Le meilleur restaurant de Salamanque et probablement l’un des meilleurs étoiles d’Espagne. Cochon magnifiques et vins exceptionnels sans surtarification. Service parfait. Des dizaines de bouchées toutes plus succulentes les unes que les autres. Bref y aller les yeux fermés (et avoir du temps devant soi!).
