The Alpha Shopping Center received its unusual name for special "merits" - it was the first to appear in the north-west of Riga, in an area called Jugla. Otherwise, this "pioneer of commerce" is as similar to its counterparts scattered across the map of the Latvian capital as two drops of water.

Fashionable clothing and elegant shoes, jewelry and souvenir shops, delicate crockery and aisles of sports goods, ranging from rackets to boxing gloves - the list of offerings you can find in Alpha could go on endlessly, just as in any other complex. However, there is one distinctive feature worth pointing out - this shopping center is truly compact and can easily be mistaken for a department store from the USSR era from the outside. Visitors are not only welcomed by boutiques for shopping but also restaurants, as well as the Cinamon cinema.
