Avis mitigé après ce dîner. Bien qu’ayant eut de superbes retours j’ai été surpris et plutôt dans le mauvais sens. Tout d’abord le bouillon en amuse bouche éveillé certes les papilles mais n’avait rien d’éloquent. Ensuite les différents temps du menu surprise nous on un peu laissé perplexe. L’un trop amer le suivant pas assez vif sur les assaisonnements. Bref une note moyenne car je pense que l’on a tous des bons et des mauvais jours. J’espère que c’était simplement un raté :)
