Najlepsze ciasta w Manufakturze, jedne z najlepszych w Łodzi :) duże kawałki, pyszne i świeże. Napoje też. Bardzo fajna opcja ze stempelkami, które szybko można uzbierać :) bardzo lubimy tam chodzić, pracownicy mega mili :) NAJLEPSZA MALINOWA CHMURKA EVER --- Niestety muszę zmienić opinię :( Dawałam ostatnio kartę na stempelki do podbicia, po czym okazało sie, że są przeterminowane i są teraz nowe z nową szatą graficzną. Zdziwiłam się, bo przez ostatnie miesiace normalnie miałam stemplowane te (jak sie okazało) przeterminowane karty i mam teraz dwie kompletne. Zapytałam się jak to możliwe i usłyszałam od młodej dziewczyny (podobno sie dopiero uczy, może stąd totalny brak wiedzy o obsłudze): to trzeba patrzeć co się daje do stemplowania. Odpowiedziałam, że jak widać żaden z pracowników nie weryfikował tego co daję i nawet się nie zająknął. Pani jeszcze oglądała tak te moje karty dokładnie jakby to miały być fałszywki xd oczywiście zostałam z niczym, pani rozłożyła ręce uważając, że jest wszystko ok. Od lat pracuję w obsłudze klienta (gastro, handel, usługi) i zwalania winy na klienta, gdzie zawiodły dwie strony to ciekawa taktyka :)
