Delizioso ristorante vegano e molto attenti al gluten free, io sono celiaca. siamo stati fortunati la cameriera è italiana quindi ci ha potuto spiegare al meglio per la nostra prima volta a Copenaghen e in questo ristorante. Piatti curiosi e buoni, il pane fatto da loro per celiaci eccezionale.piatto di funghi coltivati da loro buono e particolare. Comunque una stella Michelin.

Vegetarisch restaurant zoals er meer moeten zijn. We kozen voor menu met aangepaste sappen. Verassende lekkere en zuivere smaakcombinaties. De creaties oogden ook mooi Ook de zelf bereide bijpassende sappen waren de moeite om te proberen !! Tip Enkel de wc's mogen eens een Scandinavische take over krijgen en waren slordig.
