Llevo yendo al Arsenio desde que abrió, y es cierto que los precios han subido, las cantidades más pequeñas y han reducido cosas de la carta, pero la comida sigue siendo muy buena, el servicio espectacular y un lugar muy agradable

Un lugar emblemático en el paseo marítimo de la Playa de la Victoria. Original y distinto a otros sitios de Cádiz. Eso sí, no es económico.
