Restaurant was fully booked but they let us order dishes from the tasting menu at the bar. A beautiful place to "snack" before our dinner. Everything was beautifully done, made us wish we got res to try the full tasting experience but this was pretty exceptional on its own. Every staff was super knowledgeable and attentive! Got to meet chef Christophernas well, what a cool dude!

I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, and there are definitely a couple of standout aspects I'd like to mention. First off, I must commend the exceptional service; the staff were attentive and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. However, I did find the pricing quite steep considering the portions served. We made the mistake of arriving hungry, and I would recommend others eat something beforehand, as the meal left us feeling underwhelmed. After finishing our 10-course experience, we ended up needing to grab extra food elsewhere because we didn’t feel satisfied. While the dessert was a highlight for me, I was disappointed with the $60 seafood soup add-on, which was quite small and didn’t justify the cost. Overall, the customer service was phenomenal, and I truly appreciated the effort of the staff. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning, though I was really looking forward to it.

In un ristorante di alto livello mi aspetto di essere libera di scegliere cosa mangiare, a la carte, e non di essere obbligata ad un menù fisso, unica possibilità, 10 portate stile nouvelle cousine, un po datato. Detto ciò il cibo era ottimo, alcune delle portate davvero speciali. Una menzione speciale per i dolci. Costi elevatissimi, proibitivi. Ambiente austero, un po cupo, in Norvegia non esistono le tovaglie.
