Güzel sıcak bir ortamı var. Fıçı Blanc olması büyük avantaj çoğu mekanda bu yok. Fiyatlar kaleiçindeki çoğu mekana göre uygun. Yaz ayları çok sıcak olası dezavantaj. Biraz daha etkili bir klima sistemi gerekiyor.
