I’ve been here a couple of times now and I have to say I love the concept. Large kitchen, small shop. I’ve bought a couple of loafs and sandwiches and they have both been very good. They offer a small selection of different sourdough bread and the ones I’ve bought (country white & multigrain) have been as sourdough should be, crusty on the outside and a light, fluffy, and airy crumb. They also give you samples of their bread with some olive oil to dip. They might only have 2 selections of sandwiches with their focaccia bread but more doesn’t mean better. In fact I quite like the simplicity. Do what works and do it well. The sandwiches I’ve had from here have been substantial. Although I feel that there could be a bit more filling as the bread to filling ratio was a little off. Some might not enjoy the mouth workout of the heavy chewing. I also enjoyed the sourdough cinnamon roll. I lightly different texture than your standard but tasty nonetheless. The shop also sell a small selection of condiments and kitchen stables which is a nice addition. What’s knocking this from being 5 stars for me is the limited supply and they can sell out quickly. Theres been times I have arrived midway and they don’t have much left. I would get this if they had large queues but I’ve never seen any. It’s also quite doom and gloom inside. The staff have been nice enough and I like seeing the open kitchen but it’s lacking atmosphere.

I truly love this place. Fantastic bread and coffee. Delicious sandwiches and sourdough cinnamon buns😍😍. I even bought a bread to take with me back home (cambridge) but ate half before reaching home😄😄
