Excellent coffee, and one of the best chai I’ve ever tasted! The homemade pastries were good too. Friendly staff, but the place could feel a bit cozier

Had an oat latte, the atmosphere was intimate but very quiet - it felt like something was missing (maybe music). I rated the coffee 3* because it wasn‘t hot and I sadly don’t think it was as good as the other Fortitude coffees i’ve had (especially in terms of strength) and also considering the pricepoint (£4.20). The staff seemed nice and it seems to attract a friendly clientele.
