Very nice latte, nice and strong. Oat milk and decaffeinated available. No charge for decaffeinated which was the norm. Small cozy space with nice polite staff. Bathroom available as well.

We are very picky about our lattes and actually came here twice! They have gluten-free oat milk for my husband and gluten-free bread so he was able to have a nice breakfast. I had a oat milk latte sweetened with agave and a croissant. It was all delicious.
