This morning, I visited the Costa Coffee inside Cameron Toll and was served by a young woman with black hair. Unfortunately, her attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. When I placed my order, she behaved as if she were doing me a favour by serving me. Her rudeness genuinely made me lose my appetite. If she is so unhappy working there, perhaps she should reconsider her role. At the very least, she needs proper training in manners and customer service skills. I have been to this Costa on different occasions and have been served by her before. The first time she was rude, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, perhaps she was having a bad day or was frustrated with work. But it’s now clear that her negative attitude is consistent every time I’ve encountered her. I am not the only one to have had a negative experience here, many other reviews also mention rude staff. The managers really need to address this issue. I will not be visiting this Costa branch again.
