The owner and staff were all genuinely lovely — warm, welcoming, making the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. Their wine list is eclectic and the food absolutely delectable. I still remember the vegetarian Korean cauliflower starter and the haggis main — both were bursting with flavour. They also serve unique, creative dishes you won’t find anywhere else. The menu changes regularly, so it’s always a new culinary adventure every time you visit. It’s been a few years since I was last there, but I’m already dreaming of my next trip to Edinburgh just to eat and drink here again. Found this little gem by googling cocktail bars, it's way more than that. Great cocktails yes but the food was fantastic, different, unique, full of flavour. The staff was attentive and so pleasant. I had perhaps the best meal/time I've had at a restaurant in years. Love this place.
