Thiccus Briccus

I only had drinks there, so i can't judge the food quality. They had a lovely cider on the tap called Orchard pig, the overall atmosphere was cozy, regular bar for friends with a good selection of beer. Overall a nice experience and i would definitely recommend visiting.

We went for a pre wedding get together so there was a large group of us. Food was excellent, and while many of us had pre ordered, even those who hadn't were quickly and efficiently catered for. Staff were helpful and friendly. Wide range of beer and other drinks on offer at the bar. There's a downstairs room which the wedding has booked, but the stairs are steep and narrow and the room itself dark and cold (although that was pleasant after the heat upstairs) and so hence 4 or of 5. Otherwise can't fault this lovely bar.

We came with no reservation, just wanted one beer while waiting for the bus, but decided to stay. Lovely place, we felt welcome and the atmosphere was just great. Participated in a quiz and came in last. 10/10 would recommend. The best pub experience in Edinburg.
