I’ve had an extremely negative experience at brass monkey i believe with Conrad. On three separate occasions, he falsely accused me of vaping when I absolutely was not, my vape was on the table. Each time, he was very rude and dismissive instead of listening or trying to understand. Being treated unfairly once is bad enough, but having it happen multiple times shows a real lack of costumer service and professionalism. I would not recommend dealing with him at all. i have been to brass monkey multiple times and would have never experienced this type of poor service.
