Bang average. Ceaser salad starter was little gem not romaine and shop bought croutons, no parmesean in sight, mushrooms on toast flavourless but ok. Steak ok, sauces packet bought and very thin and tasteless. Tirimiau made in house but lacking. Who soaked the sponge? No one haha. Cheese cake bought in rubbish. Ok but probably won't return. Restaurant lacks soul and a capable,caring chef.

Food was great, staff were lovely and a really nice friendly atmosphere. We had a meal on a Friday evening and it was busy but staff worked really hard to make sure everyone was looked after - you wouldn't get that level of commitment to customer service in a chain restaurant. This is a family run restaurant and it shows in all the right ways :-)
