Painfully slow service in the mornings, staff unable to keep up with keeping breakfast items topped up resulting in waiting in queue for up to 20 minutes just to be told they've ran out of bacon etc and you have to wait an extra 10/15 minutes.

Seriously, you're reading a review for Gregg's? What do you expect? It's decent, cheap food, with the priority being to get you out the door as soon as possible. I rate this Gregg's higher that the other Durham location, mostly because they're better here at putting the breakfast sandwich in the bag so the filling doesn't fall out. As far as Gregg's, this is a solid 3½ or 4.
