First things first, my daughter enjoys it so there's that. However.... dreadful communications regarding whether they're open or not. Often feels like it very much depends on how the staff feel on any given day. The cost of food and drink inside are criminal. 2 bags of crisps, 2 drinks and a chocolate bar just pennies short of £10. When you compare and contrast to other soft plays it's utterly ridiculous. I rarely see it busy, I don't doubt that this is linked to the cost of eating and drinking there.

Stopped off here with our 4 year old and 9 month old. Both had a brilliant time and we had a lovely lunch. Very reasonably priced. I've never seen the little one as excited as she was in the baby room, it was fantastic. Thank you for a lovely time
