Great centre. I was there at 7.30am today because i dropped my wife to the Blackrock clinic and i went to Nero for breakfast while i waited. Very good

If you are a parent with a small child please know that you are not welcome in the Frascati Centre if your child cries while you are there. I bought my 1.5 year old little boy to get his hair cut in Kiddies Kutz today. The lady cutting his hair was amazing - I couldn’t fault her. He doesn’t like the noise of the razor so was crying and the manager of the centre came down to the shop to complain about his crying. I went to find her to speak to her about it afterwards and she was extremely rude and condescending to me and said that she had to think of the other shops in the centre and that my little boy crying was disrupting them and their business. When I tried to respond to her she told me that she was ending the conversation and walked away from me. As a result of this I left the shopping centre with my little boy and week old newborn baby in tears. I don’t know what she expects when it’s a hairdressers FOR CHILDREN! I have never felt so unwelcome or experienced discrimination like this in a public place in my life. I will never give the centre my business again as the centre manager’s ethos is clearly not one of inclusivity as she does not consider parents and their small children equal to other customers.
