This place is an absolute positive discovery for me and my colleagues, we were desperate for decent coffee and isn’t this one of the best coffees!!! We go back for coffee from Citywest, oats are next level and so are other products! Shout out to lovely service by a girl that was on her own today, so calm and polite even tough we had ordered 5 coffees soon as she opened the door, yet very efficient! Staff deserves pay-rise, thanks for everything 🤩

Expect to be waiting 20 to 40 minutes. Atmosphere is set for only the gym clients next door. Ordering/collection process can be made a lot better, order captured incorrectly by staff due to sound levels in the café, was not going to wait 40 minutes for it to be corrected. Staff look rushed and stressed trying to keep up with ordered but the lines not out the door. Food is good, had much better coffee, would not be rushing back.
