Silver Penny is not what is used to be...some waiters are rude..the wings if you're unlucky you get the old one preheated in fresh oil.they taste old..waiting for food doesn't take long depends on the day. The chilly sauce these days give you a runny tummy.i asked for medium rare but I got rare steak instead unfortunately the kitchen was closed so they offered free drinks..was hurt though.
