Very spacious and comfortable seating. I like the sleek new design. Friendly staff and they make a lovely pot of tea! However, on my last visit I noticed that there seemed to be no wheelchair accessible bathroom facilities. The customer toilets were in the basement which you could only access by the stairs. Unless I missed something this surely is in breach of equality legislation etc.
