I had the most amazing experience at The Buff Day Spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I’d stepped into a calm little world away from the busy streets outside. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed to help you relax. I went in for the Hydrafacial Deluxe, and honestly, my skin has never felt or looked better. It’s a six‑step treatment that deeply cleanses, hydrates, and brightens, and I could feel the difference instantly. The therapist explained everything with such care and made me feel completely looked after. I genuinely felt like a princess the whole time, and I left glowing — inside and out. This spa is not just about treatments, it’s about giving yourself that time to reset and recharge. I can’t recommend it enough, and I can’t wait to go back!

A skilled and pleasant masseuse. Therapy room was very noisy from the street below however - perhaps massage rooms should be away from the rooms overlooking Wicklow St. Therapy bed was uncomfortably hard, especially when lying face down.
