*update I got a lovely reply from the manager who rectified the problem. I tried to update the review but couldn't figure out how until I got an email back from Google reviews today. We hope to return to the Lux very soon. 🙏 Unfortunately not a great experience. We decided to treat the kids to the Lux to see Mufasa as a Christmas treat, but on entering the auditorium it was freezing. I asked one member of staff to turn what felt like air-conditioning off and put heat on but with the size of the area it would take hours to heat up. We sat there absolutely frozen with hats and scarves on. I tried looking for staff after and couldn't see anyone. So disappointing.
