This was my first time ever dining at The Cheesecake Factory — not just at the Mall of the Emirates branch, but in any branch worldwide — and it was quite a memorable experience. We tried the Pepperoni Pizza, but honestly, it didn’t meet the expectations I had for a restaurant of this reputation. The flavor was rather average and not particularly impressive. On the other hand, the Fettuccine Alfredo was absolutely perfect — rich, creamy, and cooked to perfection. We also had another main dish from their menu (unfortunately, I don’t remember the name), but it featured both steak and grilled chicken, with mashed potatoes in the center. That dish was truly excellent — full of flavor and very well balanced. And of course, the cherry on top was the cheesecake itself. It was perfect in every way — rich, smooth, and incredibly satisfying. Overall, it was a very enjoyable first visit, and I’d definitely come back to explore more of their menu.

I had a great experience at the restaurant thanks to Jugal Rai. He was extremely polite, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. His friendly attitude and excellent service made the visit much more enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Jugal Rai is a great example of what good customer service should look like.

I would like to take a moment to thank the amazing “Tulisi” who was extremely sweet and welcoming and of course for her extreme capabilities in hospitality and guest management. Today was an experience to remember, i believe with this type of staff restaurants will keep developing and I hope the CCF management tram look at this. (Tbh we didnt want to come to this branch as we didnt enjoy the last times, but we agreed to give or a shot this time and it was worth it) Mouthwatering food as usual, a new amazing menu, clean place, fab staff and great manager!!!!
