J’ai passé une soirée absolument mémorable au Prime68 Steakhouse. Dès l’arrivée, la vue panoramique sur Dubaï depuis le 68e étage m’a coupé le souffle — un cadre vraiment unique pour un dîner. Le steak que j’ai choisi, un filet MB9+, était incroyablement tendre et parfaitement cuit, vraiment un régal pour les papilles. Les accompagnements, notamment les frites fines et le mac & cheese à la truffe, étaient délicieux et parfaitement équilibrés. Le service a été irréprochable : l’équipe était attentive, souriante et discrète, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je me suis senti(e) choyé(e) du début à la fin. C’est clairement une adresse que je recommande pour une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour se faire plaisir avec une cuisine raffinée dans un cadre exceptionnel. J’ai hâte d’y retourner !
