I have always loved Papa John's pizza, because the pizza flavors are just delicious - it's still the best Pepperoni Pizza for me for non-gourmet and non-brick-oven baked pizza. Other places just don't know how to make Pepperoni pizza. Tonight as I am dining in one of the Papa John's near my place, this dine-in is one of the best, because there server, Rebecca, was just amazing. She was patient when I was ordering, as I forgot something, and she had to re-punch my order. She checked if one of the flavors I was ordering was available. When serving my food, she asked me if I wanted ice cubes for my cola. That gesture alone was a winner. As much as I love Dubai.. here, if you don't ask, they won't proactively give - that's the common level of customer service if you're not dining in one of the fancy places. That's why I appreciate Rebecca's gesture so much. And she served my food gracefully, I thought, This lady must have served at finer places. The branch is a small enclosed store, so it's difficult to give 5 stars for the ambience. But it's clean and smells good inside, so it works for me somehow. Will I Recommend This Papa John's Branch? 100% YES! Ask for Rebecca. She talks well, she acts well, and she serves well - uncommon in fast food pizza places. Oh, and she carries herself well too.
