The ambience was sophisticated yet welcoming, setting the perfect tone for the evening. What truly elevated our night was our incredible waiter, Antonio. His knowledge of the menu was impressive—he guided us through every dish and cocktail with such passion and clarity. Thanks to his recommendations, we tried a variety of plates we may have otherwise missed, and every single one was a hit. The food was a masterpiece—flavors were bold, fresh, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were just as impressive, each crafted with precision and creativity. Antonio’s service was truly outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, and always with a warm smile. He turned a great dinner into an unforgettable dining experience. We flew from singapore to dubai to celebrate my sons 12th bday and his love for the cusine is what made us book NOBU. It was his choice and I am glad we all had a marvellous family dinner. We had requested for an outdoor table, to enjoy the great weather and view indeed. The first row seating can be booked as well for 650AED per person. We were greeated by our server for the evening Adam,and I must say he was patient,polite and knows about each dish by heart. He made some great recommendations for us and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the food the whole evening. My son tried the signature omakase- 7 course singature dishes and each one of them were specially cuarted. Me and my husband went for Alcarte and tried the numerous dishes and loved them all. Black cod and sea bass both are fingerlicking good. The sushi sashimi is what you have to try for sure. The drinks were equally good. Adam was kind enough to add a dessert for us in the end as he really wanted us to try the caramed balls. The chocolate lava cake was just 😘. It will be a dinner we will remember and the conversation with Adam too. Thank you Nobu for giving us a great experience.

Food was very good as well as the service, The baked cod, chicken wings and lobster salad were the best, the wagyu and salmon sashimi were just good but not as exceptional as one can expect in a palace like Nobu...overall good dining experience with some room for improvement
