The behavior of the two elderly foreign women seated near our table was completely inappropriate. They kept staring at our food, whispering, and laughing while looking at us, which was extremely disrespectful. When I took out my money, they continued to stare and laugh. This kind of behavior is intrusive and unacceptable—people need to learn how to respect others’ privacy in public spaces
