It's not my first stay with family, its really a good family friendly hotel, but unfortunately my last stay was not comfortable. While my room had a few issues: the AC wasn’t functioning properly, and there was a water leak from the ceiling, they sent technician to fex it but the water keept leaking back, spoiling the room floor, they tried to be helpful but the issues was there, also the TV wasn't connecting, the chanel wasnt showing, otherwise everything else about my stay was truly wonderful. The facilities, spa, and pools were excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Aside from the room experience, everything else was amazing, and I appreciated the relaxing environment and quality services provided. I hope the room issues can be addressed because, with that improvement, this place would be absolutely perfect!

Beautiful spa, very well attended. More hooks around the pools needed. Spa sandels would be better the slippers get very wet.

a beautiful, relaxing and private spa. i had a 45 min massage with Aina which helped with muscle tension and pain relief. Cecile helped introduce me to all the facilities and made my experience very enjoyable. Thank you to all the workers for making the spa a relaxing environment, it is 100% worth the money.
