Das Watzke ist nicht mehr so wie es mal war. Das Essen und das Bier war wie immer sehr lecker. Aber die Bedienung, ein ausländischer Mitbürger, war " hoch motiviert". Ich denke dass er beleidigt war, im Schlaraffenland Deutschland arbeiten zu müssen. Die Mädels in der Bedienung waren früher sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Diesen Service hätten wir gerne wieder. Wir hatten Hochzeitstag und wollten den Tag gut verbringen, aber die Bedienung hat uns das durch das negative Auftreten verdorben.

Wir waren Samstags Abendessen. Das Personal war freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war sehr mittelmäßig, Risotto war aus Graupen gekocht und sah grau aus und das Geflügel war sehr trocken.

Bier: Das Bier ist wirklich das beste in ganz Dresden – immer frisch gebraut und mit einem monatlichen Sonderbier, das für Abwechslung sorgt. Essen: Die Speisekarte variiert angenehm von den anderen Watzke-Lokalen und bietet eine gute Auswahl zu fairen Preisen. Es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas und die Qualität ist immer gut. Service: Der Service ist top! Die Kellner sind professionell, umsichtig und es lässt sich oft auch eine nette Konversation führen, wenn es die Zeit zulässt. Natürlich schwankt die Qualität des Essens mal, aber insgesamt kann ich das Watzke am Ring nur empfehlen. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis – definitiv ein Besuch wert!
