The oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world and an anti-fiber carnivore walk into Haus Hitl. And this carnivore was pleasantly surprised! Huge restaurant that is somehow cozy and quaint. I loved the delicate place settings and the pops of green everywhere. But moreso I loved that they had options that didn’t kill my stomach! I got the rösti with egg add and cheese. The Mille-feuille slapped! Very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience!
