Pequeña iglesia de culto católico dedicada a la Virgen de Gracia. Fue construida por mandato del arzobispo Diego de Castrillo en el año 1692, junto al antiguo Hospital de Convalecientes, del cual formó parte. La portada barroca junto a los edificios adyacentes son lo único que se conserva del antiguo Hospital de Convalecientes. El altar lo preside un gran retablo realizado hacia 1770 por el pintor aragonés José Luzán, maestro de Francisco Bayeu y Francisco de Goya, en él se representa a la Virgen ‘’salud de los enfermos’’. En su cripta descansan las religiosas, heroínas de Los Sitios de Zaragoza, que prestaron servicio en el Hospital. A la iglesia también se puede acceder por el interior del Hospital Provincial de Nuestra Señora de Gracia.
