Hopeless place …last 3 times I have been in there, standing in a long queue for them to tell you when you get to been served , that they’re only serving in paper cups . So when I go for a coffee and they ask you if it’s sit or take out , it means nothing . I enquired as to why they were not serving in proper cups and mugs ….answer we are very busy What a cop out. If you’re busy then you should be geared up for that . If I want a paper cup I’ll go in and get a coffee to go . What a joke ..

The automatic door is constantly open making it freezing and unenjoyable to a relax. Other tables around me also complained about this. Will avoid especially on cold days.
