10/10! The best Basque cheesecake I've ever had😆 This was, without a doubt, the highlight of my trip to York. The flavour is intensely rich and cheesy, yet perfectly balanced – not too sweet, not too heavy. Every single bite was sheer perfection. This shop is now a must-visit for me whenever I'm in York.
