One of the nicest locations overlooking the market. Great for drinking craft ales and people watching, it is always on our visit list when we come to York

Love this place, nice vibe, right of the shambles. Well styled and plenty of seating over the floors. Some of the pints can be pricey, so be aware of that! Well worth a visit!

Pizza was delicious, proper thin based freshly cooked Neapolitan. Staff impressed me as the lady accidentally poured me a pint with a large head, she noticed when I sat down, came over and topped it up! Top marks for the friendly staff. Thank you!
