Lovely little pub, the lady working, not sure if she was the landlady, was very friendly. Gave us advice on where to go in york. Nice quiet pint, a little above the mark for price one pint and one bottle at over £9 not sure if that is the price in the area, though. Lovely old decor and beer garden out front. Wouldn't definitely return. We were the only ones in apart from the lady who served us and who I am assuming was her partner. She assured me its gets busy later and I wouldn't be surprised its in a nice place.
