Comida sorprendente y deliciosa, con mucho detalle en la presentación, y ambiente tranquilo sin ruidos. Volvería para probar más platos. Al comenzar te sorprenden con un entrante crujiente servido sobre un huevo tipo Fabergé: un detalle muy bonito y delicioso. Por mejorar, creo que el secreto ibérico rebozado estaba muy seco. El souflé de chocolate es delicioso y merece la espera de 14 minutos.

Hoy celebramos un aniversario en este maravilloso restaurante. Probamos el menú degustación Sabores del Mediterráneo. Cada plato fue una delicia. Y el servicio... el servicio fue amable e impecable. En resumen, la comida de hoy fue una experiencia fantástica.

Comer en Ampar siempre es una experiencia muy agradable. Nos atendieron Carlos, Raquel y Francis y el servicio fue excelente así como las recomendaciones de Carlos. El coquetón de rabo de toro del menú es increíble, un esencial, la mejor croqueta que he comido hasta la fecha con mucha diferencia. La cantidad de arroz es más que decente para dos personas y de sabor, nuevamente espectacular. Los postres muy buenos también y el precio inmejorable para lo que encuentras por ahí hoy en día. Sin duda es un de esos sitios con los que siempre aciertas.
