Horno con una gran variedad de panes hechos con harinas diversas. El mejor horno de Valencia.

Destacar de este horno el método tan artesanal que utilizan, así como su constante innovación introduciendo materia prima de calidad y además libre de aditivos nocivos para la salud. Al final el resultado se nota en su sabor y textura, además de que son más digestivos (por emplear harinas puras o bien introducir masas madre en muchas de sus recetas) que la gran mayoría de productos que puedes encontrar en la gran mayoría de comercios. Ya por último, pocos hornos se atreven a elaborar pan y bollería SIN gluten a la vez que CON gluten. Panem Unique sí lo hace y además consiguiendo un resultado tan espectacular EN AMBOS. Como prueba de que aquí hacen excelentes productos sin gluten, decir que en la familia tenemos a una persona intolerante al gluten que lleva años probando y probando productos de decenas de negocios diferentes. Pues el pan (baguette) sin gluten y las magdalenas sin gluten de Panem Unique le han parecido de los mejores que ha probado nunca, en el Top 1 o Top 2 con total seguridad. En definitiva, si te gustan los hornos con productos que saben a horno tradicional y además sientan bien en el estómago, tienes que venir a probar aquí.
