I was disappointed, according their social media, I was expecting something special...but there's no concept really, just pricey ice cream and I really didn't appreciate to have a small ball mounted on bigger one...

Llegué a este lugar por un reel de Ig y los comentarios en Google Maps. Fui esta tarde y siendo que mis expectativas eran muy altas, aún así quedé gratamente sorprendido. Pedí una tarta de manzana hojaldrada acompañada por un helado de pistacho. La tarta es la mejor que comí en Valencia por varios motivos: la calidad del hojaldre, la cocción y preparación de la manzana me parecieron insuperables y la crema, excelente, pero en este último aspecto hay una confitería que le compite con dignidad e incluso, la supera. Pero en la evaluación general es la mejor de la ciudad y si bien no las conozco a todas, he probado varias. El helado de Pistacho, tan de moda por estos días en todo el mundo, es el mejor que he comido en Valencia y creo que el mejor que probé en mi vida. Impecable. Estuve el mes pasado en Buenos Aires y siendo que es de las ciudades con mejores helados, ninguno de pistacho, para mí gusto, supera a este. Los helados tienen muchos aspectos a ser evaluados. Pero para mí una prueba muy importante es saborearlo, al probarlo, con los ojos cerrados y pensar si seríamos capaces de detectar de qué sabor es incluso sin saberlo a priori. Este helado pasa la prueba. Luego, el equilibrio de cremosidad, dulzura, textura y aspecto hacen de este helado un verdadero testimonio de calidad. Volveré a probar varios de los gustos que tienen, porque he quedado maravillado por la experiencia. También algunos otros postres. Los precios son algo más altos que en sitios similares, pero es lógico porque los productos son excelentes.
