Crítica ao Restaurante EntreTiempos – Valência, Espanha Numa visita recente a Valência, decidimos experimentar o EntreTiempos, um restaurante com um espaço acolhedor e um staff simpático e disponível. O ambiente é bastante agradável, especialmente na esplanada exterior, embora o serviço de internet naquela zona deixe a desejar — um detalhe a corrigir, sobretudo para quem pretende partilhar a experiência em tempo real. Optámos por pedir um pouco de tudo, numa abordagem de partilha para conhecer melhor a carta. No geral, a comida mostrou qualidade, mas com uma tendência marcada para sabores demasiado intensos, o que em alguns pratos se revelou excessivo. Começámos pelos calamares: bem fritos, com uma crocância que se fazia notar, mas infelizmente demasiado salgados. O molho de maionese que acompanhava também era salgado, tornando o conjunto algo desequilibrado. As batatas bravas estavam bem preparadas em termos de textura, mas o picante dominava em excesso. Uma sugestão construtiva seria equilibrar o prato com um toque de limão ou algum elemento adocicado, de forma a suavizar o impacto do tabasco e tornar o sabor mais harmonioso. Pelo lado positivo, o ponto alto da refeição foram os torresmos de presunto com batatas fritas — suculentos, bem temperados, com um produto de excelente qualidade. Um prato que se destacou claramente pela positiva. Já o prato de batatas fritas com morcela frita, salsichas e chouriço revelou-se uma desilusão. Estava excessivamente oleoso e, surpreendentemente, sem grande sabor. Esperava-se intensidade e carácter — algo típico desses ingredientes — mas o resultado final foi apagado e pouco interessante. Conclusão: O EntreTiempos tem potencial, um espaço agradável e boa apresentação nos pratos, mas falta-lhe equilíbrio na execução. Com pequenos ajustes no tempero e maior atenção aos detalhes (como o excesso de óleo e sal), pode tornar-se uma excelente referência em Valência. Para já, fica a nota de que vale a pena experimentar, mas com expectativas moderadas.

Comimos tres adultos, el trato por Paola, y el cocinero, muy bueno, y la comida está bien, y sobre todo sale el RABO DE TORO. que está magnífico, tambien tiene los jueves un cocido maragato que está muy bien, los precios son contenidos, y tienen menú diario.
