Llevamos un tiempo viviendo en Valencia y descubrimos la singular y evocadora terraza de Sant Jaume. Pero hoy, 24 de julio de 2025, a las 20:05, el personal pensó que era más importante cederle una mesa en la terraza a un amigo. Esto ocurrió mientras el camarero estaba a su lado esperando a que limpiara la mesa. Hemos notado varias veces que el personal es excepcionalmente amable con la gente que conocemos, pero ni siquiera sonríen a los desconocidos, ni siquiera cuando dejas propina. Dudo que volvamos. Si el personal tiene tan poco aprecio por quienes aportan dinero, me pregunto si no sería mejor sentarse calle abajo, donde también hay una plaza muy agradable. Un cordial saludo, Jaime.
