Lugar entrañable para cuantos amamos el deporte en general y el deporte valenciano en particular. Aqui he vivido e incluso practicado competiciones de Artes Marciales; esta fue la casa del desaparecido Vijusa Valencia Futsal; aqui jugue a Balonmano y a Baloncesto. Y hasta esta misma temporada que acaba de terminar, la casa del equipo europeo que mas finales ha disputado este siglo XXI, el Valencia Basket Club.
