The 13th century Church of Santa Caterina in Valencia, Spain, only got a bell tower in 1705. Unlike the Gothic church the tower is Baroque with twisting Solomonic columns. It's said that the water spouts were made to resemble canon to warn off pirates.

Personalmente, aunque mas sobria que otras iglesias a veces muy recargadas, con elegancia natural. Es de libre acceso, solo hay que pagar 2 Euros si subimos al campanario, que dicho sea de paso es mas que bellisimo, de estilo Gotico Mediterraneo y con columnas salomonicas. El templo tiene bastantes capillas; incluso aqui tenemos a NS de Lledo, patrona de Castellon; tambien esta el patron de la ciudad, San Vicente Martir. No podemos irnos sin admirar el esplendido roseton o vitral y la hermosa salida del templo a la plaza Virgen de la Paz.
