Absolutely incredible. One of the coolest castles and museums I've ever been to. Definitely worth the ticket price. Allow yourself at least 2 hours to get through it.

Very interesting place but can be a bit overwhelming. If you want to thouroghly explore everything, it will take you 5 hrs. It tells you the history of Turku and Finland in general, so that's cool to find out. And there is a really nice back courtyard, as well some nice rooms inside. Anyways, I believe it's worth visiting. There's even enough room in some lockers to leave your suitcases.

The castle had medieval and then renaissance era sections. The description about the rooms gave more context, but the medieval era section could have been furnished more since it looked empty. The renaissance era section was much more interesting.
