I usually visit the restaurant at Kungsgatan, but I decided to try the one at Sergels Torg based on a colleague’s recommendation. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. First off, the bulgogi meat was sliced too thin; I could barely find a whole piece. In contrast, the Kungsgatan location serves properly sliced, thicker pieces that are much more satisfying and they're proper "bulgogi size". The meat at Sergels Torg was so thin it felt more suited for a hotpot than a main dish. While the ingredients were fresh, they were overly stingy with the meat. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was quite unprofessional. They were talking loudly among themselves, and one employee was openly complaining about her job at Keemchi, making it uncomfortable for diners. I think I’ll stick to my favorite location at Kungsgatan from now on. I’d rather enjoy a peaceful lunch without these distractions.
