Husmanskost som buffe, vad kan gå fel!! Hur bra som helst!! Mycket fräscht salladsbuffé, alltid minst en kött och en fiskrätt och vegetarisk alternativ (inte för att jag någonsin väljer det! 😊). Om jag skulle ha någon invändning skulle det vara att man använder lite väl ofta pangasius som fisk alternativ men jag gillar pangasius så det gör inte så mycket. Glömde nästan brödet!! Jättegott hembakat bröd!!

Heat restaurants in Stockholm and Uppsala are a 10/10; you must visit. Today I had another amazing lunch with my friends at the Heat restaurant in Södermalm, and again we enjoyed it so much. Amazing food quality, clean, fresh food. The prepared meals have a normal taste with a normal salt level, which is not the case with many other restaurants where they put too much salt in the food. There are not too many spices in the food, which I like when it comes to Swedish food/the Swedish table. The meat was well-prepared and served. Vegetables were al dente and juicy. The fika corner is super cute and nice. You will only be thinking about when you will come back for another nice lunch! The place is clean and well-ventilated, with good table organization. I would only add that a bit more light is needed in the back corner next to the dessert place. It would be good if you included some small bowls in the future for the salads so we don't use small plates. I prefer not to mix warm food with salad. It would be great. But plates are also fine; it's just that they are taking up space. If you are a tourist visiting Stockholm and you are reading my review as a local, you should come here and eat! This is not a usual tourist place, but it should be, because the quality and price are great, and I hope they will keep it as it is! The staff is super friendly, and their organization is excellent. 💪🏼👍🏼. See you again !
