Für mich das Beste Essen auf meinem 3wöchigen Schwedentrip. Alles passte perfekt zusammen und war super rund im Geschmack. Einzig die Wartezeit von 1h Stunde bis der Hauptgang kam, empfand ich als etwas zu lange...

We had a lovely dinner at copine. We booked in advance and we were lucky to get one the quite nights in summer, so we had a full support and great chat from is kind staff. The staff gave us great suggestions to pair the dishes with wines. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. We tried a few the small dishes, such as Agnolotti, duck liver, Cornbread. Anglotti was interesting, Duck liver was ok. For the main we tried Grilled Duck Breast, vegeterian which was Chanterelles and green sparagus and Grilled Turbot. The food in general was beautiful. Our favorites were Fish and vegeterian dishes. Duck breast was also dellicious but nothing extra-ordinary. We also tried Rum Raisin for the dessert, which was too sweet for our taste. We will definitely recommend the restaurant.
