Cute ramen joint with a laid-back vibe and tasty fare for vegetarians and vegans. Veg items on the menu included ramen, mapo tofu and donburi with spicy tofu plus a couple sides. I enjoyed warm Bebikon miso broth ramen over a soundtrack of jazzy 90s hip hop and it hit the spot on a dreary, rainy evening. The broth was flavorful with a delicate umami, noodles were firm and chewy, and jammy eggs cooked just right. Best ramen I’ve had since years of traveling through Japan!
